Our Window Replacement Process:
The Estimator goes out to measure, often with a Pella rep, within a few days of initial contact. He makes sure that the windows will be the right size, assess how to install the windows for proper fit, and then puts together an estimate within 3 to 4 days. Once the estimate has been approved, we order the windows, which typically take between 2 to 6 weeks to receive, and then our highly skilled techs come out and install your new windows.
Just know that every situation is different depending on the exterior siding. That typically determines the installation process in terms of the windows inside casements. However, all windows are installed from the outside, leaving the inside of the house untouched/pristine.
Warranty:
Vinyl Windows – Limited lifetime on vinyl and 20 year on glass
Wood Clad Windows – Limited lifetime and 20 year on glass
