Our Process: 
We will send out “The Estimator” (link to Patrick on the About us Page) within a couple of days of our first contact to measure and inspect the current roof. If the roof is unwalkable, we will use an eagle view, which is satellite imaging of the house. Knowing how time is of the essence with roof replacements, we send you an estimate within 24 hours of the inspection.

When you hire us to replace your roof, we inspect and then tarp everything. We then secure the building itself, along with the gutters, then strip the roof. Once the roof is stripped, we inspect the plywood decking and the ridge vent to then apply 6 feet of ice and water shield to the edges. Once that is completed, we follow up with synthetic deck paper, replace all boots and vents, and then the shingle or metal roof installation begins. The roof installation goes pretty quickly from there and then we finish with a thorough cleanup of the area. Our team rakes, shovels, and runs a giant magnet around the house to ensure the pickup of nails and any other debris to keep your home and yard looking pristine and free from injury.

Roof Installation Duration:
We can complete a 4,000 square feet roof installation in one day. Any home over 4,000 square feet typically takes two to three days.

We match the warranty of the shingle or roofing material, barring no extemporaneous outside damage.
